Admiral Wilson Memo - The Amazing 15 Wilson-Davis Documents (2024)

The Admiral Wilson memo has been described by Richard Dolan as “the most significant leak of UFO-related documents in many years” and we are indebted to Richard and several other dedicated researchers for their investigation, clarification, and explanations as to the implications of the contents of these documents. You may see these documents referred to as the ‘Admiral Wilson documents‘, ‘Wilson/Davis notes‘, ‘EWD notes‘ or similar.

Update Summer 2022. The Admiral Wilson memo was entered into the record during the Congressional hearings of May 2022. This is highly significant as it lends legitimacy to what, up to that point, were suspected by some of being fake. What previously had been circulated online in various UFO/UAP groups and websites are now part of the public record. See here.

During the hearing held on the 18th May 2022, the Republican Congressman Mike Gallagher asked the Pentagon intelligence offical Ronald Moultrie, and the deputy director of naval intelligence Scott Bray if either of them were aware of the “Wilson-Davis memo”. They said they were unfamiliar with the document. However, as the document was mentioned in the hearing it was entered into the record of it, and there are those who say that consquently, Dr Davis should step forward and give his account of it. Perhaps in subsequent hearings we may see this document discussed again.

Richard and the other researchers have published articles and videos about these documents and by so doing he have created a treasure trove for researchers. However, if you’re new to ufology or if you just want a quick overview instead of all the detail then this post may help. Here we will try to answer the who, what, where, when, why of the Admiral Wilson memo.

The implications of these documents cannot be over estimated. What they prove is that the US military did indeed retrieve a crashed alien spacecraft on at least one occasion. Highly secretive and unaccountable Special Access Projects were established with the express purpose of reverse engineering the craft in order to learn their technological secrets.

A few crumbs of the results were seeded into society (as explained in Col. Philip J. Corso’s book, The Day After Roswell, but the vast majority of people in Earth remain in a state of ignorance, kept in the dark and dependent on an oil bsed economy while continuing to pay the taxes that are siphoned off to fund these top secret black projects. The projects are so secret that even ‘here today, gone tomorrow’ Presidents and Prime Ministers are unaware of their existence.

Who is Admiral Wilson?

Vice Adm Thomas Wilson, born March 4 1946, is a retired Vice Admiral in the U.S. Navy. He was the 13th Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency from 1999 until 2002. Prior to this position, from 1997 to 1999, he served as Director of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Deputy Director of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs, a position is known as J-2. He retired from the Navy in 2002 having served since 1968.

What is the Admiral Wilson memo?

The Admiral Wilson memo is thirteen pages of notes written by Dr. Eric Davis in October 2002 after a two-hour meeting he had recently had with Admiral Thomas Wilson during which they discussed “UFOs, MJ-12, Roswell, crashed UFO/alien bodies, etc.” They also include a copy of a two page letter from Commander Willard Miller to Dr Eric Davis dated April 25th, 2002 in which UFOs, UFO crash retrievals, and Area 51 are mentioned.

In the spring of 1997, when Admiral Thomas Wilson was still Deputy DIA Director for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, a series of events occurred and these notes go some way in explaining what happened during those events.

The importance of the notes is that they confirm what was discussed, namely the existence of projects that were created for the purpose of studying extraterrestrial technology and extraterrestrials themselves.

For example, a meeting in April 1997 in which were present; Dr. Steven Greer (researcher, author), Dr. Edgar Mitchell (Apollo 14 astronaut and 6th man to walk on the Moon), and a U.S. Navy Lt. Commander Willard Miller.

The subjects discussed during this meeting included the existence of highly secretive private organisations tasked with studying the technology (and ET bodies) retrieved from crashed UFOs for the purpose of reverse engineering the technology in order to understand it and make use of it.

The notes later go on present the thesis of the book, The Day After Roswell. This book explains how today’s integrated circuit chips, fiber optics, lasers, and super-tenacity fibers were seeded into civilian technology by reverse-engineering alien technology.

Where was the Wilson Davis memo discovered?

The Admiral Wilson documents were discovered among the personal effects of the late Dr. Edgar Mitchell who died in February 2016.

Dr. Mitchell is well known for many things. Not only was he one of the few people to have walked on the Moon but he was also a US Navy Captain and an MIT-trained aeronautics engineer.

During a long and distinguished career he was a recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the NASA distinguished service award, and 2005 nominee for the Nobel Peace Prize, and many other awards.

After his career as an astronaut he dedicated his life to increasing our scientific understanding of the nature of consciousness. He was also a scientific advisor for NIDSci (National Institute for Discovery Science) which was founded by the aerospace billionaire Robert Bigelow.

Robert Bigelow was, for twenty years, the owner of the Skinwalker Ranch. His company Bigelow Aerospace was awarded a contract by AATIP (Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program), the U.S. Department of Defense funded program headed by Luiz Elizondo, tasked with studying UFOs or unexplained aerial phenomena (UAP).

When was it discovered?

As stated above, the Admiral Wilson memo was discovered in 2016 although they may have been shown to some researchers earlier than that. They’ve only recently been brought into the light for open examination after they were uploaded onto the internet. The timing may be significant and we may yet learn why they are only now freely available and open to public scrutiny.

Perhaps there is some significance in light of the developments since the revelations about the Nimitz and Roosevelt incidents. These have been widely covered by the investigations by the TTSA (To The Stars Academy) and subsequent documentaries on the History channel.

It’s worth noting that the author of the notes Dr. Eric Davis is a close associate of Dr. Hal Puthoff, one of the members of the TTSA team. Dr Puthoff has been researching UFOs, remote viewing, and other related subjects for decades and he is mentioned in the documents.

Why is the Admiral Wilson memo important?

They are explosive because ther provide proof and vindication for what had previously been rumour and hearsay. For example, at the bottom of page one of the documents we see confirmation that, with regard to “MJ-12/UFO cabal – crashed UFO” that “there is such an organization in existence“.

This short introduction cannot do justice to the significance and material contained within the documents, so we strongly suggest you listen to Richard Dolan’s (and other) videos on this topic for the full analysis and the implications of the contents. We’ve added two such videos below. You may need to take notes as you go through them.

What we have ultimately is a very powerful statement of a small group of people – Eric Davis, Hal Puthoff, Kit Green, Edgar Mitchell, and a few others no doubt – quietly working hard to learn as much as they could about the deep nature of the UFO coverup, and truly hitting paydirt with Admiral Wilson.

What are ‘crash retrievals’?

In UFO research, the term ‘crash retrieval’ refers to the process of investigating reports of crashed or downed alien spacecraft. This includes collecting physical evidence from the site, interviewing witnesses, and analyzing any video or photographic evidence that may be available.

In many cases, crash retrievals are conducted by government agencies or private organizations working with the government. However, there are also a number of cases in which independent researchers have been able to obtain access to crash sites and evidence.

Regardless of who is conducting the investigation, crash retrievals are often highly controversial and hotly debated within the UFO community. Some believe that they provide valuable insight into the reality of alien visitation, while others believe that they are simply a way for governments to cover up the truth.

What are ‘exotic materials’?

In the field of UFO research, the term “exotic materials” refers to any substances that cannot be identified or explained using currently known science. These materials are often found at the site of UFO crashes, and they often exhibit strange properties that defy explanation. For instance, some exotic materials are able to absorb large amounts of energy without being damaged, and others display extremely high levels of heat resistance.

In many cases, these materials cannot be reproduced in a laboratory, making them even more mysterious. While the exact nature of exotic materials remains a mystery, their existence is well-documented, and they continue to baffle scientists and researchers alike.

Why are UFOs spotted near military bases?

Over the past eight decades, there have been numerous sightings of UFOs around military bases, particularly those at which nuclear weapons are stored. Some believe that the UFOs are observing or even monitoring the nuclear weapons, and there are even eyewitness accounts from military personnel stationed at bases and missile silos of UFO activity that has resulted in missiles malfunctioning or going offline.

Since all military bases that contain nuclear weapons contain deployed forces (both technological as well as physical) to guard against a terrorist attack, it is highly likely that there is a lot of corroborating evidence that has yet to come to light.
