Absolutely love my Tech ! He shallNot be named due to how busy he is booked and this place is amazing! Definitely recommend! He absolutely does amazing art , trendy work and consistently gorgeous work .

Absolutely love this nail salon because of the quality and talent their nail techs have. However, I wait 30-45 minutes every single time I make an APPOINTMENT. Not even a phone call or a sorry when they're running that behind. They show up late and then run late with every appointment following that. Not cool and a waste of time.

N&A always does a fantastic job.....however their time management is horrible. It's 9:50, they open at 9:30...no one is here to do nails yet!!!! Why do I still come here?

My friend and I just went to N and A in Rockland, four days ago. I got an acrylic fill will gel polish, which I have gotten for years. Within less than 24 hours one nail chipped and broke off. I went back after work and asked if they would be able to fix it since i was here less than 24 hours ago. They said no not til 6pm, it was 10:30am. I had one nail that broke they said they'd have to take the whole thing off to redo and they don't have time. I went somewhere else to get the nail fixed, they were very nice and did it fast. The next day, 3 more break. went back again then next day, since 3 more had broke and asked if they were able to fix it since i was there less than 48 hours and have now had 4 nails total broken. I called before since they told me not til 6 the day before and they said on the phone to come in 15 minutes, so i went there then. Once i got there they said they had no record of the call and that i hadn't even called the right place, which was not true. They refused and told me not til 6:15pm. i would not have gone back again if on the phone they didn't say in 15 minutes from when i had called. Today I called again and asked they said not til 6:30PM they could take me. All for broken nails. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! they are so rude. this was my third time ever coming to N and A and every time my nails have chipped within less than a week of me getting them done. I have never ever had this problem with any other nail salon, i usually let my nails grow long too (like a month within a fill) so they're not even making it a week. horrible.
