I'm looking to buy some Mylar sheets, what store can I find this stuff? Thanks for your help.
I know a lot of websites have it but I don't want to pay the shipping for something that I can pick up at the store. Thanks again

Amazon has free shipping if your order is over $35. I bought these mylar space blankets from Amazon to make streamers. Ten for $6.95.

Space blankets on eBay. I got two with gold on one side and silver. I've barely used any of the first sheet, looks like I'll get quite a few from them. I think it was around $5 free shipping.

Just found that McMaster is only a 20 minute drive from my house, I'll drive there after work on Monday to pick up the mylar sheet.

I live about 30 minutes away. Go in. Look up. The first thing that goes through your mind is "Holy crap! That is one big assed fan!", then you read the manufacturer's name and giggle.

Don't know, it doesn't say anywhere on the package. I used it today for the 15' x 9" streamer on my 29mm minimum diameter and set a new personal altitude record of about 3400 ft on a F50. It was sunny but breezy and the streamer was clearly visible from ejection all the way down. Recovered the rocket about a 1/4 mile away. Very shiny stuff and it packs down to almost nothing. I highly recommend it for streamers.

If you don't mind ordering from a place called "My Girlfriend's House" ;-), you can buy a 24" x 50 ft roll of 1mil mylar for $9 from their large assortment of color combinations found there:
https://mygirlfriendshouse.com/classic_mylar_wrap.asp
I bought a roll of the red/silver combo from them. It was the best price/unit I could find at the time I searched for a source.
